1 General Terms & Applicability

2 Account Registration & Usage Policy

• Each person is allowed one account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If multiple accounts are found operating from the same household or IP address, all of them may be terminated.
• You must keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Using another person's name or details on your account is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3 KYC Verification & Identity Confirmation

111dt complies with all international anti-money laundering regulations. For this reason, all members are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before making a withdrawal.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Selfie photo if required

Withdrawals will be put on hold until KYC verification is complete. 111dt may request additional documentation, and the verification process can take up to 72 hours.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

111dt currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Available payment methods are subject to change at any time.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum deposit depends on the selected payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.

• Each bonus is single-use only — one per person per promotion.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, 111dt may void the bet and return the original stake.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

9 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting hacking, phishing, or system manipulation
• Attempting to access another user's account

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
